How do I place my order?

To place your order, follow these steps:

  1. Browse through our wide catalogue of products until you find something you like, choose the required quantity and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products on your cart).
  2. ‘In Shopping cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
  3. To shop with us, you can either log into your Santhi Metal eShop account or simply continue as a guest user.
  4. Once the cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

How will I receive my Order?

We will ship your product to your mentioned shipping address. We have tie-ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in good packaging to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

How will I get confirmation that my Order is placed successfully?

We'll send an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. Sit back, relax and wait for your traditional utensils.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?

  1. Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.
  2. For assistance you can write to us at santhimetaleshop@gmail.com, we will be happy to help you out. How should I check the status of my Order?
  • 1. Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via email. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact our Customer Care at santhimetaleshop@gmail.com to cancel the order and refund your payment before 5 hours of cut-off time. If the order is shipped already, unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it.

In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, please write to us at santhimetaleshop@gmail.com. Our Customer Care representatives will help you out with customized solutions wherever possible.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any sales tax is actually borne by Santhi Metal eShop. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:

  1. Information passed on to the payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

What is the delivery time period?

Orders within Tamilnadu are delivered within 3- 5 working days, and other state orders are delivered in 6 – 8 working days. The products are delivered only on business days. The timings mentioned above are applicable only for metro cities. Remote areas may take 1 to 2 days extra.

Note: Sometimes pickup might be needed from the local hub if there is no service in your area. The courier person will call and let you know.

What to do if I forgot my password?

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes, we do accept bulk orders for parties, corporate events, and re-selling. The prices may vary according to your products and quantity of purchase. Kindly write to us at santhimetaleshop.com with your requirements.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. We offer Cash on Delivery which most of the other websites don't offer.
