Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To apply for a refund or return, an unpacking video of the order is required. This video helps our team to verify and inquire about your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at santhimetaleshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

a) If the item shipped to you is defective or damaged. You’d have to intimate us along with photographic proof & unpacking video of damaged / wrong product / defect at santhimetaleshop@gmail.com. You should report the same us within 7 days from the delivery date. The product with its original packaging along with all accessories must be returned. We will send you a new replacement unit as soon after we receive the package returned by you. We will make arrangements for the return and replacement ourselves.
b) If you wish to request a refund or exchange for reasons not covered in point (a), please contact us at santhimetaleshop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Include necessary photographic or videographic proof if required. For refunds, we will deduct a shipping fee of Rs.120 per order and refund 70% of the purchase amount to your bank account electronically. For replacements, a return shipping fee and a forward charge of Rs.160 per order will be deducted.
- If any product in your package is missing, please provide a clear unpacking video of the shipment taken upon delivery. This will allow our team to investigate the missing item with the delivery partner and raise a complaint.

In certain cases our shipping partners would not be able to pickup for certain locations. Customers in these locations will have to return items themselves and we will refund the shipping cost incurred by you on sending us a scanned copy of the AWB.
Please note that this return policy is applicable only for products bought from our online store santhimetaleshop.in. We make a note of all the serial nos. of products and their respective buyers. So if the serial nos. does not match with our records of what we have sent you, then no replacement will be given. You will have to take back your returned product from us at your cost.

Damages and issues
