Maintenance & care :

How to use it

1. **Assemble the Press:**
- Choose your desired jali (disc) and attach it to the base of the press.
- Ensure it is securely in place.

2. **Prepare the Dough/Batter:**
- Mix the ingredients for your snack (e.g., Gathia, Chakli) into a smooth dough or batter.

3. **Fill the Press:**
- Open the press and fill the cylinder with the prepared dough.
- Do not overfill; leave some space at the top.

4. **Close and Secure:**
- Close the top of the press and secure it tightly.

5. **Press and Shape:**
- Hold the press over a tray or directly over the frying pan.
- Turn the handle or press down to extrude the dough through the jali, forming your desired shapes.

6. **Fry or Bake:**
- If frying, carefully release the shapes into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- If baking, place the shapes on a baking tray and bake according to your recipe.

7. **Clean and Store:**
- After use, disassemble the press and wash all parts thoroughly.
- Dry completely before storing.
