USE & CARE - Upon receiving, wash the Skillet with warm water using mild soap & scrub to clean all the particles off the pan and pat dry with a soft cloth. After that, heat the Pan for 5-6mins and allow it to cool down to room temperature. Then, when it is a little hot, apply the cooking oil all over the surface and heat it again for 3-5mins before you start to cook.

Repeat the process if required and continue to apply oil when not in use to make it non-stick and get the best result out of it

Maintenance & care :

Ensure that proper care is taken by seasoning with cooking oil after each use. To clean cast iron, never use soap; simply scrub your skillet with a stiff brush and hot water and dry it completely; it is not dishwasher-safe.

How to season?

Wash and pat dry the products. (You can also heat in the stove mildly to remove any water)

Once it is dry, apply cooking oil all over. Heat the product under medium flame for 4-5 mins.

After 5 minutes, switch it off and let it cool down completely.

Once it is done, use a soft cloth or tissue to wipe away the excess oil.

Store the product in a dry place.
