  • A flat base wooden handle iron dosa tawa is a versatile kitchen tool commonly used in Indian cooking. Here are some of its primary uses:

    1. **Making Dosas**: Primarily designed for cooking dosas, a type of thin, crispy Indian pancake made from fermented rice and lentil batter.
    2. **Cooking Pancakes and Crepes**: Ideal for making various types of pancakes and crepes due to its smooth, flat surface and even heat distribution.
    3. **Roasting**: Suitable for roasting spices, nuts, and other ingredients.
    4. **Preparing Parathas and Chapatis**: Useful for cooking Indian flatbreads like parathas and chapatis, ensuring even cooking and a good texture.
    5. **Toasting Sandwiches**: Can be used to toast sandwiches or other bread-based items.
    6. **Stir-frying Vegetables**: Effective for quick stir-frying of vegetables and small amounts of meat due to its ability to retain and evenly distribute heat.
    7. **Cooking Eggs**: Excellent for frying eggs, making omelets, or cooking scrambled eggs.

The wooden handle provides a comfortable grip and protects hands from heat, making the tawa easy to maneuver. The iron material offers excellent heat retention and durability, ensuring long-lasting use. Regular seasoning of the iron surface helps maintain its non-stick properties and prevents rust.

  • HOW TO USE: - Use LEMON and Baking SODA to clean tawa and back to normal. First fry an onion to remove any carbon deposited on surface then start using. Season if required as per your uses. Never wash tawa when it is hot. Once it cools, wash it and wipe it dry. If it is too oily, then use liquid soap and sponge to wash the tawa and wipe it dry with a cloth for long safe rust free use. Do not use harsh soap to wash the tawa. After use cover tawa with oil to protect rusting.

Note : The joint will be either a rivet joint or a welded joint, depending on the model available in the inventory at the time the order is received. However, the quality will not be compromised.
